What began in 1997 as a humble Welsh magazine distribution operation has evolved into a global force in Marketing and Live Experiences. Founded during the cultural wave of Cool Britannia, brothers Ed and Fed Pereira launched Pear OOH, a family-run business rooted in creativity, grit, and an unshakable belief in doing what others wouldn’t. Their early success in securing national supermarket distribution for leaflets, a breakthrough no one else had achieved, set the tone for everything that followed: bold moves, strategic risks, and impact over everything.
As the industry and technology advanced, so did we. Pear OOH became iVisit Media, a full-service Global Marketing Services and Live Events Company, now operating across 23 strategically positioned offices and distribution centres worldwide. Our 300+ team members activate over 130,000 unique sites, delivering precision, reach, and cultural resonance at a level few companies can match.
But behind the scale is a story of vision. Under the leadership of Ed Pereira, we have moved far beyond campaigns. We have delivered moments that matter, for brands, for audiences, and for the record books. In May 2025, we made history, producing the first-ever five-bout boxing event in the heart of Times Square. In just six months, our small UK-born team transformed one of the world’s most iconic public spaces into a fully branded, globally streamed arena.
From our modest beginnings to producing one of the most ambitious public spectacles New York has ever seen, we have never lost sight of what drives us: passion, precision, and the belief that great brands deserve unforgettable moments.
