iVisit Media began as a Magazine Publishing and Distribution House, founded in 1997 by CEO Ed Pereira while still at university in Wales. What started as a small, student-focused print operation quickly gained traction, leading to exclusive distribution deals with national press such as The Mirror and a growing footprint across the UK.

But as media consumption shifted, so did we. When print began to fade, we transformed, evolving from a Print Distributor into an OOH Media Owner. We pioneered multi-layered, location-based media in everyday environments, building campaigns rooted in engagement and authenticity.

We scaled strategically with 23 offices and distribution centres across the UK, Europe, and the U.S, with a network of over 100,000 sites in the UK. Yet scale was never the goal, impact was.

Our real-world foundation laid the path for ICONIC, our U.S. born global Event Series that merges Sport, Entertainment, and Media. It is a franchise which seeks to place host cities and brands at the front of a sporting revolution.

We built iVisit Media from the ground-up, what we began in 1997 laid the foundations for what we are building today. The DNA formed in our earliest years, knowing how to target an audience, engage them and bring them into our brand world, still runs through everything we do. We have evolved with the times, but that core DNA hasn’t faltered.
