iVisit Media partnered with Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves to orchestrate an experiential activation during the first-ever World Championship Boxing Event broadcast live from Times Square. Set within the Times Square plazas, our activation featured fully interactive gaming booths where the public could play Fatal Fury in real time, creating a seamless connection between gaming culture and the live boxing spectacle.

The experience featured KSI and iShowSpeed playing Fatal Fury live with gameplay streamed in real time on the Times Square screens and broadcast live globally on DAZN. With over 300,000 attendees, the activation became a major component, adding energy and engagement to one of the most iconic sporting moments in New York City history.

For the opening game of the Women’s Six Nations at Principality Stadium in February 2025, iVisit Media partnered with Welsh Rugby Union to deliver a vibrant, family-focused Experiential Activation that celebrated national pride and elevated the fan experience.

The campaign featured free face painting and team colours by our Brand Ambassador teams, turning the outside of the stadium into a lively, inclusive hub where families, children, and supporters came together to show their support for Wales. The activation encouraged engagement, sparked team spirit, and brought added energy to the women’s game from the moment fans arrived.

iVisit Media delivered a targeted experiential campaign across Soho and the West End to amplify Disney's Musical, The Lion King.

The activation featured live interactions, branded merchandise including T-shirts and flags, and a Hand2Hand distribution strategy.

Local West End talent was hired to enhance authenticity, and fan engagement was captured through live vox pops to extend reach across digital and social platforms.
